No connection
Check that the FloeSim line is enabled, selected for mobile data and allowed to roam. Restart the device after changing network settings.
Usage and support
Open My eSIMs to see the latest plan status and usage. If the status looks wrong, use Contact and include the affected eSIM without sharing activation codes publicly.
